Online Auctions
Auction-Australia.com.au is an online venue where almost anyone can buy or sell anything, anytime, anywhere. Because Auction-Australia is available 24/7, you can participate whenever it suits, from the comfort and privacy of your own home.
It does not cost anything to register for an account or to list an item. No credit card is required. At the moment, registration is limited to Australian residents, although we do plan to allow New Zealand residents to sign up in the future.
An auction venue with a difference
Like a traditional auction, everytime a bid is placed, the deadline for placing additional bids can be increased. Sometimes, it the dying few minutes of an auction, nothing appears to be happening. Out of nowhere, a last-minute bidder places a bid, which delays the closing time of the auction by up to two minutes.
This is highly advantageous for both sellers and bidders. There is far less risk of a bidder losing an auction. Don't ever be dissapointed again - even so called last minute "sniper" bidders won't cause you to lose, as you actually get more opportunities to bid after a last-second bid.
Sellers can also now rejoice, as they can attain higher selling prices for their auctions. Don't be constrained by time limits - sell now!
